Delivery & Returns

When are orders dispatched?

We endeavour to dispatch Economy, Standard, and Special Delivery orders same-day if received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), and all other such orders will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).


Express & Non-Mainland

Express and non-mainland Courier orders will be dispatched same-day if received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays).

After 2pm, orders will be dispatched the next working day.


Saturday Courier

Saturday Courier orders are dispatched on Friday.

They will only be delivered on a Saturday.


Orders must be received before 2pm Friday to be dispatched for Saturday delivery.


Late Delivery ?

If your order is late getting to you, please get in touch with enquiries@thecollectabuzz.com. The Collectabuzz will track orders and provide an update as well as refund any postage paid by the customer for postage.


Delivery never arrived?

The Collectabuzz will refund any orders which do not make it their final destination, tracked delivery is recommended. Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days.

International Shipping notice

Please note, The Collectabuzz customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international deliveries. If a delivery is refused by the consumer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by The Collectabuzz in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.


Standard Airmail

Standard international delivery is not a tracked or signed service. Estimated delivery times are provided by our postal services, and packages can take longer to arrive, or may be subject to delays at Customs. If you are expecting a parcel and do not receive anything within the estimated delivery days, please check with your local delivery office/hub in case they are holding a parcel for you.

This service is the same as the standard international shipping, plus tracking reference for confirmation of delivery, and the parcel is insured up to £60.

International Courier Road/Air is fully trackable at every stage of the shipping process.

Returns

We have tried to make sure our returns process is as simple as possible. Whatever your reason for needing to make a return, please read the information below and then click the button for the form we will need back with the return.


Please do not forget to make sure you package the return as safely and securely as possible.


Returning unwanted products


  • Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value.

Returning faulty or damaged products


  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge.
  • Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products.

Please contact us if you are unsure of anything or require assistance with a return.


What is eligible for a return?

Most products are eligible for a return, anything that we cannot accept is noted within the product listing. For example, Pokémon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.


What to do if you do not have access to a printer.

Not a problem at all. You can leave a note in the parcel containing your order number, post code, and what you would like us to do; refund or replacement.
